T/Sgt. Armand Fugge's Diary
Engineer/Top Turret Gunner 600th Squadron

Fugge Mission No.
3, Scrubbed

10 May 1944
Target:
Nurnburg, Germany

May 10, 1944
Was up 0100. Our target today was Nurnburg, Germany. Got over the channel and the mission was scrubbed. Landed at 1000. Got my flight pay – 13 lbs. 8 shillings, 6 pence. Briefed in the afternoon for another mission, but it was scrubbed too.

Editor's Note:
This missions did not count as Fugge Mission No. 3. Some records indicates that the crew had to cross into enemy territory for it to be counted as a mission toward each individual's total.
