Engineer/Top Turret Gunner 600th Squadron

Fugge Mission No.
4

20 May 1944
Target:
Aircraft Plant, Villacoublay, France

May 20, 1944
Got up at 0400. Our target today was a FW-190 assembling plant 8 miles south of Paris. Hit the target on the nose. Flak was heavy and accurate. I really prayed today and got back OK. Carried 38 – 100 lb incendiaries and bombed from 21,000 feet.

MISSION # 4 COMPLETED.
