Non Mission Day for Weidig

Saturday, February 3, 1945:

Powell caught in “Prop Wash” on way to Berlin. Broke in two, hit another ship in low squadron. Both went down. Reports have it that one to five bailed out of both ships leaving 15 to 19 unaccounted for.
