Force of raid: One group of 12 planes. 3 similar formations from the 398th Bomb Group went to targets rear.

Position: #3 of high squadron.

Opposition: Flak, concentrated and inaccurate.
Battle damage: None

Results: 10/10th coverage, brought bombs back.

Remarks: Should have had an alternate target on the beachhead to drop our bombs. Very clear there.
