GP bombs Altitude: 17,000 feet and 13,000 feet Flight Time: 5:15 and 6:00 hours Force of raid: Twelve groups Position: #2 of high squadron of next to last wing Opposition: Flack light and inaccurate Battle damage: None Results: Bombed as briefed Remarks: Mission #24: Softening up raid for attack. Some groups dropped their bombs early.
