  10. Interpretive Comments: The above photo shows several elements (formations of 3 B-17s) above the clouds with several bursts of flack. The closest aircraft has its tail A/C number censored over, but the N7-P symbol is visible on the fuselage. N7 was the 398th's 603rd Squadron. Probably all aircraft in this photo are 603rd.

    Some ground features are shown on the left, but it unclear if they are a river basin which might be recognizable or if they are farms.
